General

  • Where is the closest parking station?
  • Secure Parking offer two great parking stations close to King Street Wharf. Parking rates are available by visiting the Secure Parking Website
             1. King Street Wharf Parking on Shelley Street is the closest parking available.
             2. Another nearby parking station is 321 Kent Street with an approximate  five minute walk to King Street Wharf.

     

  • Do I have to pay in full for large group bookings on a dinner or lunch cruise? Can a deposit be paid?
  • We do accept a deposit of a nominated amount for group bookings and charters. The deposit amount can be negotiated with your Event planner on confirming your booking. The full booking amount must be paid two weeks prior to cruise date.

     

  • Are the vessels accessible by wheelchairs?
  • Unfortunately, our Cruising Restaurant Vessels are not accessible via wheelchair.

     

  • Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
  • We will make every effort to cater for your dietary requirements and allergies including vegetarian, halal and gluten free. However, due to our large operation, we cannot 100% guarantee that certain ingredients will not be in our food and the company explicitly accepts no liability.

    For serious food allergies we want our customers to make their own decisions on selecting their meals. Our staff comments are only to assist you in making an informed decision. In exceptional circumstances, if you or one of your guests wishes to bring their own meal we are happy to accommodate them.

    We have a dedicated Executive Chef that is flexible in catering to most special requirements, however, please submit any special requests at least 3 days prior to your cruise date.   • Is BYO food or alcohol allowed?
  • There is strictly no BYO food or alcohol on all of our cruises. Beverages can be purchased on board from the bar or a beverage package can be purchased. We have two different beverage upgrades available.  To view our wine list, please click here.

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
  • We can issue credits to your name if you wish to cancel your cruise date, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. To make changes to your booking, please do so within 24 hours of your cruise date.


    Scheduled Cruises

  • Can the beverage package be purchased for only one person in the booking?
  • A beverage package must be purchased by all guests in a group. This ensures quick service from the wait staff & Cruise Director.

  • Is there a dress code for the cruises?
  • Smart casual to business casual is the expected dress code dependant on the type of cruise. We recommend male guests wearing collared shirts and long pants and for our female guests we would suggest something similar, for example dress shirt/blouse and either dress skirt/pants. Due to the fact you will be on a moving vessel, we ask that please keep in mind that closed in and sensible shoes would be most appropriate to wear.

  • What if I’m running late for the cruise?
  • All guests should meet at our ticket office at King Street Wharf 5 for check in. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals that miss the boat. Please ensure you allow plenty of time for travel plans.



    Chartered Cruises

  • Are you able to pick up and drop off at different wharfs?
  • In most cases, we can do so. There are situations that don’t allow us to do so, for example the wharfs are too small for our vessels. Weather conditions such as low tide and high winds may also stop us from using certain wharfs. Please contact us to discuss further on 02 8296 7295.

  • Am I able to organize a tasting of the menu/viewing of the vessel?
  • Certainly, our Charters team will be able to organize this for you at your most convenient time. To arrange an appointment please call 02 8296 7295.

  • I’m not really looking for a cruise; I was just after a transfer. Do you provide such services?
  • Yes, we can organize transfers for you, please send through an online enquiry form with the specific details, where our Charters team can put together a quote.
